Terms of Service


HUBFORTECH is responsible for delivering you the best possible service and parts. Great customer service is our number one goal. If at any time your experience is less than outstanding, please let us know and we promise to make it right.


Repair times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Some repairs may take longer due to the specific needs of the equipment during the repair. There is no additional charge for our express turnaround times, or a discount to increase the turnaround time.


By requesting services provided by HUBFORTECH  you are confirming that you are the owner of the property in or on which the services are to be performed, or have received authorisation from the owner.


Before HUBFORTECH  performs diagnostic repair on your computer or equipment, it is solely your responsibility to back up the data, software, information, or other files stored on your discs and/or drives. HUBFORTECH  will not be held responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software. If you have any concerns about your data, please ask a member of staff.


Computers and/or devices are considered abandoned if you do not make contact with us within 60 days of product arrival or service completion. We will make every attempt to make contact with you. We will recycle your product at our sole discretion to cover the cost of repair or time spent repairing your device.


We stand behind our repairs, installations, and upgrade services for 60 days from the date of service completion. If the problem you are having is a direct repetition of the exact problem which caused you to request service from HUBFORTECH, then you are eligible for our 60-Day Repair Service Guarantee. Please note that we will not be held accountable for issues with other parts and functions of the equipment since repair. Subsequent changes to your computer or device’s configuration since service (including hardware, software and/or antivirus protection program voids this guarantee. Accidental damage (including breakages/ cracks or liquid damage) to any installed part is not covered. All faults and/or persisting technical issues must be confirmed by our repair centre technicians. We reserve the right to decide how we will remedy a persisting problem.


HUBFORTECH  is an independent service provider. HUBFORTECH , its affiliates and each of its, and its affiliates’ employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives, are in no way, shape, or form affiliated with Apple, Samsung, HTC etc.


By requesting services provided by HUBFORTECH, you agree to release and hold harmless HUBFORTECH  from and against any loss, liability, or damage, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expense, costs, profits, lost savings or earnings or liability that you, the owner, may suffer arising out of, or related to, the services or recommendations provided by HUBFORTECH . For the avoidance of doubt, HUBFORTECH  has no liability for any data lost or any damage incurred in any circumstances whatsoever. We also reserve the right to refrain from providing any or all services requested and refund your payment, wholly or in part, if minimum system requirements are not met or your requirements are unusual, extensive, or beyond the scope of our services as reasonably determined by HUBFORTECH staff.


If HUBFORTECH ability to provide services is impaired by circumstances beyond our control, we may choose not to provide services.
