What about quality?
Quality depends from condition of the tape. We are recording in 720p/1080p so it will look decent on most of the TV's, computers or YouTube HD. Basic colour correction in price.
Video Editing
Yes, we can edit your video: remove unwanted segments of the video, divide one video based on scenes, bring the colours back per scene and much more.
Questions?
Service is very flexible: you can bring your own storage and just pay for conversion, or we can supply you with USB stick (or external HDD/SSD) for additional cost depending on the amount of storage needed. If you request conversion in DVD format there is additional €5 for DVD in box with simple cover. You can also choose if you want DVD to be in Video DVD format or do you need a file on DVD same as you would have it on USB Stick. There is no extra charge to convert to Video DVD format when DVD option is selected.

How to send tapes:

In package please include:
a)Tape(s)
b) Storage if you want use your own
c) Your name and good contact number/e-mail.
d) If you want tapes back, please include prepaid, return envelope addressed to yourself.
After we receive package, we will contact you by phone/text/WhatsApp or e-mail to get instructions, e.g. do you want full content of the tape or some specific part of the tape, do you need it on USB or DVD etc.
In case you won't hear from us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
No, we do not keep a copy of your tapes, we won't share it with anyone in its entirety or any part of it, although we will keep files for the time of delivery for mail-in service - we will wait for your confirmation, try to contact you to check up and if we don't hear back from you we will delete files after 30 days. For in-store collections wait period is 7 working days.
